The project "Three Rivers" was created in 2018, bringing together three Baltic musicians. All three are united by the desire to give a modern voice to the ancient musical melodies rooted in their countries. Saulius Petreikis is a well-known multi-instrumentalist in Lithuania, whose breath sounds like an old cattle horn and bagpipes, as well as a shining trumpet at improvising heights. Laima Jansone is a pioneer of the Latvian traditional cocktail game, combining ancient game forms with various innovations. Andre Maaker, on the other hand, is the brightest jazz guitarist of the new generation in Estonia, who has developed his style and has focused on the study of jazz and traditional music, creating a wide range of acoustic guitar sounds.
